Soup seasoning needs a real vegetable and liquid base; it is not automatically a complete stock powder. Add during simmering and taste after the liquid reduces. A fresh herb or squeeze of lemon can solve a flat finish more effectively than another large spoonful of blend.

How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per 2 cups soup to begin.
Use this amount as a starting point for flavor, then adjust to your food and taste. If other ingredients bring salt, sweetness or heat, account for those before adding more seasoning.
Kitchen idea: Vegetable bean soup
Soften onion and carrot in oil, add a drained can of beans, 2 cups water or stock and 1 teaspoon seasoning. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Add greens to wilt and finish with lemon after tasting.
