Shipping Policy

Spice Czar currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Most orders are prepared, packed, and shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During unusually busy periods, product launches, holidays, or severe weather, processing may take slightly longer.

Many Spice Czar products are prepared and packed in small batches to help deliver fresh spices and seasonings.

Shipping Rates

Our current shipping rates are:

  • Standard Shipping — $4.99 on U.S. orders up to $34.99
  • FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more (after discounts)
  • Express Shipping — $15.00

The qualifying order amount for free shipping is calculated according to the subtotal displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Shipping transit times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates and aren’t guaranteed.

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at John@thespiceczar.com. We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

Spice Czar isn’t responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs when applicable.

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting us. We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries when appropriate.

International Shipping

Spice Czar does not currently offer international shipping.
