How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per pound of food.
Use this amount as a starting point for flavor, then adjust to your food and taste. If other ingredients bring salt, sweetness or heat, account for those before adding more seasoning.

Cut carrots, potatoes and onions into similarly sized pieces. Toss with oil and 1 teaspoon seasoning per pound, then roast at 425°F until tender and browned, turning as needed. Finish with lemon and taste before adding more blend.
