A dry green-curry seasoning is a pantry interpretation of a flavor normally built from a moist aromatic paste. It needs a sauce base and cooking liquid. Add fresh herbs at the end if available, and adjust salt and acidity separately after simmering.

Chicken, tofu, vegetables, coconut curries, noodles and soups.
How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per two servings to begin.
Use this amount as a starting point for flavor, then adjust to your food and taste. If other ingredients bring salt, sweetness or heat, account for those before adding more seasoning.
Kitchen idea: Green curry vegetables
Warm 1 teaspoon seasoning in a little oil, then add 1 cup coconut milk and sliced mushrooms and zucchini. Simmer gently until cooked. Add spinach to wilt and finish with lime. Serve over rice and increase seasoning only after tasting.
