How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per pound of food.

Kitchen idea: Greek zucchini and beans
Sauté sliced zucchini in olive oil. Add a drained can of white beans, 1 teaspoon seasoning and a splash of water. Warm through and finish with lemon juice and chopped tomato. Taste before adding cheese or extra salt.
