Flavor & cooking character
This is a curry-style companion seasoning, not the complete Golden Czar falafel mix. It can season your own chickpea mixture, but it does not replace flour, legumes or a tested binding method. Its warm profile also works in a simple vegetable soup.

How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per two servings to begin.
Blend into your own falafel base or use as a golden all-purpose seasoning for rice and vegetables.
Use this amount as a starting point for flavor, then adjust to your food and taste. If other ingredients bring salt, sweetness or heat, account for those before adding more seasoning.
Kitchen idea: Golden chickpea bowl
Warm one drained can of chickpeas with 1 teaspoon seasoning, a little tomato and water. Simmer gently until coated. Serve over rice with cucumber and lemon yogurt, adjusting the spice only after tasting the whole bowl.
