See shipping detailsFour dry slush mixes, each built for a different bottle. Most slush mixes give you a flavour and leave the wine to chance. These four are formulated to the gram against the wine they are made for, so a bone-dry Riesling and an off-dry Riesling both finish in the same glass.
What you receive
Four flavors, with two 100 g pouches per flavor (200 g per flavor). Eight pouches, 800 g total, boxed with a Bottle Card. Wine, cider, ice, fruit and glassware are not included. The dry mixes contain no added alcohol.
- Dry White Pour - for a bone-dry, high-acid white such as a dry Riesling or Seyval Blanc. White peach and apricot, deliberately rounder and lower in added acid because the bottle already brings the cut.
- Off-Dry White Pour - for a semi-dry or semi-sweet Riesling. Lemon and raspberry, built tart on purpose to cut the residual sugar the bottle carries.
- Pink Pour - for a dry rose or a native pink table wine. Strawberry with a cranberry edge and a touch of hibiscus.
- Hard Cider Pour - use one 100 g pouch with two 12 fl oz cans of dry hard cider, allowed to go completely flat. Spiced cranberry and apple with cinnamon and ginger.
How to make it
Wine mixes: Use one 100 g pouch with one 750 mL bottle of chilled still wine. Whisk until dissolved, then blend with 500 g ice.
Cider mix: Use one 100 g pouch with two 12 fl oz cans of chilled cider. Let fizzy cider go completely flat, whisk in the mix, then blend with 300 g ice.
Blend in smaller batches and stay below your pitcher blender's fill line. Serve immediately. No freezer wait. Do not blend fizzy drinks or use a sealed personal-blender cup. These directions are for a blender, not a countertop slush machine.
The Bottle Card
The enclosed card tells you exactly what to ask for at a wine counter for each pouch, along with the pouch-to-bottle-to-ice ratio in grams and millilitres. Blended in small batches in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York.
Ingredients & allergens
Dry White Pour: cane sugar, dextrose, peach juice powder, mango juice powder, orange juice powder, citric acid, lemon juice powder, vanilla powder, xanthan gum, fine salt.
Off-Dry White Pour: cane sugar, dextrose, lemon juice powder, raspberry fruit powder, citric acid, xanthan gum, fine salt.
Pink Pour: cane sugar, dextrose, strawberry fruit powder, citric acid, cranberry juice powder, lemon juice powder, hibiscus powder, xanthan gum, fine salt.
Hard Cider Pour: cane sugar, brown sugar, dextrose, cranberry juice powder, citric acid, apple juice powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, xanthan gum, fine salt.

Storage
Keep the pouches sealed in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. Blend only what you plan to serve immediately for the best texture.
