Blood Orange Mimosa Wine Slushy Mix

Made to order. A dry slushy mix from The Spice Czar. Blood orange and orange bring a citrus-forward mimosa-inspired flavor. Use chilled still white wine and ice.

What you receive

Two 100 g pouches (200 g total). Wine, ice, fruit and glassware are not included. The dry mix contains no added alcohol.

How to make it

One 100 g pouch + one 750 mL bottle of chilled still wine + ice.

1. Whisk one pouch into the drink until dissolved.
2. Blend with 500 g ice, using smaller batches if needed.
3. Serve and enjoy. No freezer wait.

Use an ice-crushing pitcher blender and stay below its fill line. Do not blend fizzy drinks or use a sealed personal-blender cup. These directions are for a blender, not a countertop slush machine.
