1 teaspoon per pound for a first flavor trial.

Cook a pound of chopped mushrooms and onion until browned. Add 1 teaspoon seasoning, 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes and a little water. Simmer until spoonable, then tuck into tortillas with cilantro and lime. Reserve some sauce for dipping.
