How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per pound of food.

Dry one drained can of chickpeas, toss with 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon rub, and roast at 400°F until firm and lightly crisp, stirring occasionally. Taste while warm and add a small squeeze of lemon just before serving.
