Pizza seasoning works best when the herbs have a moist base to hydrate in. Mix into sauce rather than leaving a thick dry layer on top of a finished pizza. A small final pinch can add aroma, but too much may taste woody or salty.

How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per 2 cups tomato sauce to begin.
