How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per pound of food.
Blend into your own chickpea mixture or sprinkle over finished foods where you want green-herb brightness.
Use this amount as a starting point for flavor, then adjust to your food and taste. If other ingredients bring salt, sweetness or heat, account for those before adding more seasoning.
Kitchen idea: Green Czar potato salad
Toss 1 pound warm cooked potatoes with olive oil, 1 teaspoon seasoning and a little lemon juice. Let stand briefly, then fold in chopped cucumber or parsley. Taste and adjust the acidity after the herbs soften.
