How much to use & when to add it
1 teaspoon per pound of food for a first trial.

Soften onion in oil. Add one can of tomatoes, two drained cans of beans and 2 teaspoons chili seasoning. Simmer until thick, adding water as needed. Taste before increasing the spice and finish with lime or a yogurt topping.
