Carolina Reaper Garlic Pepper

Very spicy and herbaceous with strong pepper, garlic and onion character.

This is an exceptionally hot seasoning, so a normal rub-sized spoonful is not an appropriate starting point. Measure a tiny amount into a spoon, disperse it through a full dish, and taste cautiously. Avoid making a cloud of dry powder while seasoning.

Steak tacos, fish tacos, wings, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, barbecue sauce, guacamole, eggs, soups, beans and grilled meats.

A tiny pinch for a shared dish; do not start with a teaspoon.

Use this amount as a starting point for flavor, then adjust to your food and taste. If other ingredients bring salt, sweetness or heat, account for those before adding more seasoning.

Add a tiny pinch to 1 cup of prepared tomato sauce, stir thoroughly and warm gently. Taste a small cooled spoonful before using it on food. Increase only in tiny increments, keeping unseasoned sauce available to dilute the batch.
