This policy covers LineLab: Better Moves, an iPhone conversation-coaching app operated by Spice Czar. It is separate from purchases made through the Spice Czar store.
Your writing and preferences
LineLab uses your selected dating intent, conversation context, connection preferences and writing style to help create an opener, a next move and a respectful exit. Personal writing uses Apple’s on-device model when available. LineLab does not send your conversation notes or generated writing to a LineLab server.
Dating intent, style preferences, saved Moves, onboarding confirmation and recent opener history used to reduce repetition are stored on your device. Per-conversation details are not an advertising profile. Your device and backup settings may affect copies retained outside the app.
Deleting local data
In Settings, open Privacy & Data and choose Delete all local LineLab data to clear the app’s saved information and reset onboarding. Deleting local app data does not delete emails you sent to support or information independently processed by third-party services.
Advertising in ad-enabled versions
Earlier versions without advertising do not use the advertising service described here. Future ad-enabled versions may display Google AdMob banners on the general Home screen. LineLab requests non-personalized ads and does not provide dating intent, sexual orientation, connection preferences, conversation notes, generated text or saved Moves as advertising inputs. Ads are not placed in the conversation-writing, practice or saved-Move screens.
Non-personalized advertising still involves data processing. Google’s advertising services may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. These may be used for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The information Google processes depends on the SDK, device settings and consent choices. Ad-enabled versions request regional consent where required before requesting ads and provide Advertising privacy choices in Settings. You may manage or withdraw applicable consent there. Withholding consent does not prevent use of LineLab’s core coaching tools. The app does not require tracking permission to use its core features.
Adults and boundaries
LineLab is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It asks users to confirm that they are adults and does not support messaging minors, harassment or pressure. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided to us, contact us below.
Support, outside links and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, investigate issues and keep necessary support records. Please avoid sending intimate details that are not needed for your request. Outside websites and this Shopify-hosted policy page process connection and browsing information under their own policies. Store purchases are covered by the store’s privacy policy.
